Refunds are not possible.
By purchasing membership, the Member acknowledges that the membership is activated immediately upon payment and the amount for the already activated period is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not partially deducted.
The Member may cancel their membership at any time, with it remaining active until the end of the already paid period.

Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of Processing

The operator of the Uncover Prague service (Prague Uncovered Ltd., Company ID: 24562947, registered office: Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 10100 Prague 10) processes personal data to the extent necessary for:

• membership registration and management,

• payment processing through Stripe,

• communication with members and sending information about the service.

2. Data Processed

• email address and name (provided during registration),

• payment details (processed by Stripe, Operator has no access to them),

• technical data (IP address, cookies, analytics).

3. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with trusted processors:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. – payment processing,

• Meta Platforms, Inc. / Google LLC – analytics and advertising,

• tools for communication and email management (e.g., newsletters).

The operator never sells personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of membership and up to 3 years after its termination, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Member's Rights
