1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the service operator Uncover Prague (hereinafter the “Operator”) and the service user (hereinafter the “Member”).
By registering and purchasing membership, the Member confirms that they have read these terms, understand them and agree to their wording.
2. Scope of Service
Uncover Prague is a private members' club, which provides digital membership granting access to benefits, events and partner venues in Prague and other locations.
Membership does not guarantee free products or services from partners – it provides access to exclusive benefits, privileges and events reserved solely for members.
3. Registration and activation of membership
Membership arises immediately upon payment of the selected plan (monthly or annual).
After successful payment, the Member receives access to the member app, where their digital card and benefits are activated.
The Operator reserves the right to limit the number of members or decline a membership application without giving a reason, in order to preserve the exclusive character of the club.
4. Prices, payments and automatic renewal
All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK).
Payments are processed via the secure payment gateway Stripe.
Membership is paid in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual).
By purchasing membership, the Member agrees to recurring payments and that the membership renews automatically, unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Automatic renewal takes place using the same payment method that was used for the initial payment.
The Member may cancel automatic renewal at any time via the member app or by written request to the support email address.
5. Refunds and cancellation of membership
Refunds are not possible.
Once membership has been activated, the amount paid for the period cannot be returned, either in full or pro rata.
The Member may end or pause their membership at any time, with access remaining active until the end of the already paid period.
If these terms are breached or there is inappropriate conduct towards partners or other members, the Operator may suspend or terminate membership without entitlement to compensation.
6. Rights and obligations of the Member
The Member undertakes:
to use the membership for personal use only,
to act in accordance with the club's etiquette and the principles of partner venues,
not to misuse any benefits or internal information obtained through the membership.
The Operator is entitled to suspend or terminate membership without refund if the Member breaches these principles or damages the club's reputation.
7. Personal data protection
The Operator processes members' personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data are used exclusively for the purposes of providing the service, managing membership and communicating with members.
The Operator uses only trusted data processors, such as Stripe (payments), Meta / Google (analytics and advertising) and other verified services.

8. Changes to the service and terms
The Operator reserves the right at any time to adjust the scope of services provided, the list of partners, the amount of the membership fee or these terms and conditions.
Members will be informed in advance of any material changes by email or a notification in the member app.
If the Member does not agree with the changes, they may terminate their membership before the new version of the terms takes effect.

Member responsibility and conduct
The Operator is not liable for the conduct of individual members or third parties during events, meetings or the use of services, including so-called Member Dinners.
The Member acknowledges that participation in events, reservations or meetings is at their own risk. The Operator does not guarantee the compatibility, behaviour or conduct of other participants.
The Member undertakes to behave courteously, considerately and in accordance with generally accepted rules of social conduct towards other members, partners and third parties.
Inappropriate conduct is considered to include, in particular:
inappropriate, offensive, harassing or aggressive behaviour,
breach of the rules of partner venues,
misuse of membership or benefits,
any conduct damaging the good name of Uncover Prague.
In the event of a breach of these rules, the Operator is entitled, at its sole discretion, to:
warn the Member,
temporarily restrict access to the service,
or immediately terminate the membership without entitlement to refund.
The Operator reserves the right to assess individual cases on a case-by-case basis.
