1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the service operator Uncover Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the service user (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”).
By registering and purchasing membership, the Member confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
2. Subject of the Service
Uncover Prague is a private members club, offering digital membership that provides access to benefits, events, and partner establishments in Prague and other locations.
Membership does not guarantee free products or services from partners – it provides access to exclusive benefits, attentions, and events solely for members.
3. Registration and Membership Activation
Membership is created immediately after payment of the chosen plan (monthly or annual).
Upon successful payment, the Member receives access to the membership application, where their digital card and benefits are activated.
The Operator reserves the right to limit the number of members or refuse a membership application without justification, to maintain the exclusive nature of the club.
4. Prices, Payments, and Automatic Renewal
All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK).
Payments are processed via the secure payment gateway Stripe.
Membership is paid in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual).
By purchasing membership, the Member agrees to recurring payment and that the membership automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Automatic renewal occurs via the same payment method used for the initial payment.
The Member can cancel automatic renewal at any time via the membership application or by sending a written request to the support email.
5. Refunds and Membership Cancellation
Refunds are not possible.
Once the membership is activated, the amount for the paid period cannot be refunded even partially.
The Member may terminate or suspend their membership at any time, with access remaining active until the end of the already paid period.
In the event of a breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct towards partners or other members, the Operator may suspend or terminate membership without compensation.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Member
The Member undertakes to:
use the membership exclusively personally,
act in accordance with the club's ethos and the principles of partner establishments,
not abuse benefits or internal information acquired through membership.
The Operator is entitled to suspend or terminate membership without the right to a refund if the Member breaches these principles or damages the club's reputation.
7. Data Protection
The Operator processes members' personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the service, managing membership, and communicating with members.
The Operator only uses trusted data processors, such as Stripe (payments), Meta / Google (analytics and advertising), and other verified services.

8. Changes to Service and Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify the scope of provided services, the list of partners, the membership fee amount, or these terms and conditions at any time.
Members will be informed of significant changes in advance via email or a notification in the membership application.
If the Member disagrees with the changes, they may terminate their membership before the new version of the terms takes effect.
