Terms of service
1. General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between the operator of Uncover Prague (the "Operator") and the user of the service (the "Member").
By registering and purchasing a membership, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these terms.
2. Scope of service
Uncover Prague is a private members' club providing a digital membership granting access to benefits, events and partner venues in Prague and other locations.
Membership does not guarantee free products or services from partners — it provides access to exclusive benefits, privileges and events reserved for members only.
3. Registration and activation
Membership begins upon payment of the chosen plan (monthly or annual).
After successful payment the Member receives access to the member app, where their digital card and benefits are activated.
The Operator reserves the right to limit the number of members or refuse a membership application without giving a reason in order to preserve the exclusive character of the club.
4. Pricing, payments and auto-renewal
All prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK).
Payments are processed via the secure payment gateway Stripe.
Membership is paid in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual).
By purchasing, the Member agrees to recurring payments and to the membership renewing automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Auto-renewal uses the same payment method as the initial payment.
The Member may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the member app or by written request to the support email.
5. Refunds and termination
Refunds are not available.
Once membership is activated, the amount paid for the period cannot be refunded, neither in full nor pro rata.
The Member may cancel or pause membership at any time; access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
In case of breach of these terms or inappropriate behaviour towards partners or other members, the Operator may suspend or terminate the membership without compensation.
6. Member rights and obligations
The Member agrees to:
- use the membership for personal use only,
- act in accordance with the club's etiquette and partner venues' rules,
- not misuse benefits or internal information obtained through membership.
The Operator may suspend or terminate membership without refund if the Member breaches these rules or damages the reputation of the club.
7. Personal data protection
The Operator processes members' personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data is used solely for providing the service, managing membership and communicating with members.
The Operator uses only trusted processors such as Stripe (payments), Meta / Google (analytics and advertising) and other verified services.

8. Changes to the service and terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend the scope of services, the list of partners, the membership fee or these terms at any time.
Members will be notified of material changes in advance by email or in the member app.
If the Member disagrees with the changes, they may terminate their membership before the new version of the terms takes effect.

10. Liability and member conduct
The Operator is not liable for the conduct of individual members or third parties during events, meetings or use of services, including Member Dinners.
The Member acknowledges that participation in events, reservations or meetings is at their own risk. The Operator does not guarantee compatibility, behaviour or actions of other participants.
The Member agrees to behave politely, respectfully and in accordance with generally accepted social standards towards other members, partners and third parties.
Inappropriate behaviour includes in particular:
- inappropriate, offensive, harassing or aggressive behaviour,
- violating the rules of partner venues,
- misuse of membership or benefits,
- any conduct damaging the reputation of Uncover Prague.
In case of breach of these rules, the Operator may at its sole discretion:
- warn the member,
- temporarily restrict access to the service,
- or terminate the membership immediately without refund.
The Operator reserves the right to assess each case individually.

By purchasing the membership, the Member acknowledges that the membership is activated immediately upon payment and the amount for the activated period is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be partially deducted.
The Member may cancel membership at any time; it remains active until the end of the already paid period.

Privacy policy
1. Purpose of processing
The Operator of Uncover Prague (Prague Uncovered s.r.o., Company ID: 24562947, registered office: Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 10100 Prague 10) processes personal data to the extent necessary for:
- registration and management of membership,
- processing payments via Stripe,
- communicating with members and sending service-related information.

- email address and name (provided at registration),
- payment details (processed by Stripe; the Operator has no access to them),
- technical data (IP address, cookies, analytics).
3. Data sharing
Data is shared only with trusted processors:
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payment processing,
- Meta Platforms, Inc. / Google LLC — analytics and advertising,
- tools for communication and email management (e.g. newsletters).
The Operator never sells personal data to third parties.
4. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of membership and up to 3 years after its termination, unless the law provides otherwise.
